Making Strides against Breast Cancer walks
Western Beauty Institute is all about making a difference, in your life and in others. The WBI has now teamed up the American Cancer Society for their “2013 Making Strides against Breast Cancer walks” in the San Fernando Valley. The journey to end breast cancer starts with a single step. Take that step with our family, yours, and the American Cancer Society family. Just a few hours of your time will help bring a lifetime of change for people facing breast cancer and their families.
Western Beauty Institute is looking for volunteers to raise money, to help the American Cancer Society save lives and create a world with less breast cancer and more birthdays. We ask that you bring and donate $20.00 to the cause (which means participate in the walk), which in return will help bring a lifetime of change for people facing breast cancer.
Western Beauty Institute would not only grateful, but will all so provide you with:
8 hours credited towards your course studies
(The Lancaster student will be receiving 16 hours for their Participation)
Some pretty cool event swag
- An event pin (that will help you tell the world you participated in something bigger then yourself.)
- A Western Beauty Institute water bottle (that can be used to keep you hygierated during the event & as a keepsake for further uses.)
